Orders ship in a plain box with no product name or description on the outside. Your card statement shows a generic company name.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
